Why raw milk with the A2/A2 protein?
Raw milk with the A2/A2 protein does not contain A1/A2 beta-casein protein, which has been linked to inflammation in the gut. Inflammation has been shown to cause GI distress and discomfort. This is why independent scientific studies support that milk with the A2/A2 protein gives you a digestive advantage over ordinary cows’ milk.

Cache Meadow Creamery offers a 95% A2/A2

Why Sour Dough Bread?
Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker’s yeast, to leaven the dough. It’s richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker’s yeast.

All Sunbeam Bread is handmade with a 24-48 hour fermentation.
