Hello! We are here to provide fresh food from the farm and family to your table. Fresh RAW milk, cream and other dairy products will be delivered biweekly from Cache Meadow Creamery each Wednesday at 560 Sunbeam RD in American Falls ID, the back of property by the alley road.
In addition to dairy, Organic Artisan Sour Dough Bread, beautiful CinnaSpuds (a potato base cinnamon roll) are baked fresh weekly, and 4th Fiddle Coffee is roasted, packaged and available to you, providing the most fresh cup of coffee you can get!

Why raw milk with the A2/A2 protein?
Raw milk with the A2/A2 protein does not contain A1/A2 beta-casein protein, which has been linked to inflammation in the gut. Inflammation has been shown to cause GI distress and discomfort. Why Sour Dough Bread?
Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker’s yeast, to leaven the dough. It’s richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker’s yeast.
All Sunbeam Bread is handmade with a 24-48 hour fermentation.

This product must be sold to order. We will receive the honey in late August or September. Each gallon of Honey is $42 + tax ($42.43) and there is no limit to how many gallons you can order!
